Sound baths and gong baths aid in relaxation, counselling can release trauma and stress, massage realigns your body, and regular yoga and Pilates practice helps you to gently build and maintain strength and flexibility.
My focus is on working energetically, offering craniosacral therapy, yoga and sound therapy. I also offer massage and counselling, with a particular focus on perinatal counselling and birth recovery.
